Knightly News Episode 6 aired February 24, 2012. This is the STN team’s third show produced for training and competition. The team picks a certain subject each episode and create a show based on the word. This week’s word: ENERGY.

Overall a really strong show, but many students didn’t quite understand the commercials.
Great job guys, loved the piece on gymnastics and Mr. Lankford!
the editing was good and i liked the part on the play and gas prices , but i wasn’t vary interested in the relationship part or the student spot light and i didn’t really understand the commercials.

great overall show. Liza’s package was great and the Ej’s stand up too. but a little hard to understand the dark room one.
It was Great Guys(: I didn’t quite understand the Commercials but they were still amazing.
The show was ok, I felt that the packages were a little too long but they had high quality. Overall the show was interesting and film nicely but could of been better.

I really like the student spotlights!! Also, the gymnastics piece was interesting, and it was awesome seeing the different acrobatics, but the story itself was weak. Same goes with the relationships piece-so cute and entertaining but a little weak.
The editing was good, and the show was put together well. The trailer, music videos, and commercials were great!

It was a good show overall. I really like the segment on the girls injury. I think the shots were good. I didn’t like the commercials as well, they were kind of boring.

Great show. I liked the segment on gas prices and the play with Mr. Lankford. I did not really understand what the point of the Dunkin Donuts commercial was. Definitely the best show of the year.
Today’s show was pretty good I really enjoyed the music video done by Derelle Crumpler. The overall show was entertaining there was not anything that was boring. It kept my eye at all times I enjoyed looking at the movie trailer that is great work. All in all the show was great.

I definitely think that this Knightly News has been the best one so far because it was put together very well and all of the segments were cool. I also like how there are more segments being done by freshman because it shows the skill level of some of the younger kids. The only thing I didn’t like was the segment with the lights and where at the end somebody said, ” Did you pay the bill?”. But not because it wasn’t cool or interesting, only because I didn’t understand what the point was that they were trying to make. Overall I really loved it and I can’t wait to see more Knightly News shows.
This show was an overall good show! The only segment that I thought lacked the strength of the other ones was the recovery segment. However, it was still able to keep me engaged enough, even thought it was a bit long, and not as interesting as the other ones. The commercials, in my opinion, were good, and they were not as confusing as the other posters would say, to me anyway. I especially enjoyed the Blackout commercial, I like the creativity expressed in this series of commercials. This was obviously the best show of the year, and I do believe that if it was entered in a contest, it would be recognized, if it didn’t win an award. I also thought that the ending music video was good for have being produced by freshmen. Great job guys, much improvement from last week!

This show was pretty good, I just have a few comments on it. You kind of made Jana sound a little bit on the dumb side when I know she is totally not and the relationship package wasn’t as strong as I know it could have been but that was mainly the white flashes that were used a little too much. All in all though it was a good show. I did have some people in my first period class making comments about how EJ and Jackson were in there a lot. Oh and the package about Liza was wonderful!
Well I can’t say that this was the best show of 2012………………Well it could be worse.

I didn’t understand the Blackout movie trailer. I wouldn’t go see the movie off what I saw in the commercial. I did like the relationship package. It was really good.

I liked Derelle’s music video. Didnt like the blackout trailer. I wouldnt go see it if it was a real movie. I did like the relationship package a lot.
An impressive show. Good quality sequences and awesome movie trailer. Commercials were a bit off on getting the point across and packages were in depth and well written. Honestly, with packages its better to keep stories centered on things that the audience can relate to or knows of occurring in real life. Love and relationships may not get as good a response as other energy based packages. Give it a solid 5 out of 5.
WOW! I loved every minute of it, the editing the shots the commercials. It was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing that I can say is great job.

Great show. I love how it seems the STN episodes are themed. The energy-themed packages where all well produced and had solid writing. Music video in the credits was great. I thought the relationship story seemed a bit out of place but was entertaining all-the-same, but I think Mr. French is gonna need to buy a 17th and 18th anniversary gift…

Great job on the show! I found the trailer to be very well made and skillfully done, I also found the segments to be well done and the music video was pretty cool too.
The show was really good and one of the best this year, but some of the commercials were really difficult for other students to relate to and did not make much sense.
Overall, I thought the show was good. Most of the commercials didn’t make much sense to em though.
I really liked this weeks showing of Knightly News, but the one thing that stood out the most was the Movie Trailer. Other than that, I found it difficult to understand the rest of the commercial break.

Loved the movie trailer, but the other commercials weren’t as good, a little difficult to understand. As for the rest of the show, I think everything flowed great, the editing was great and the packages kept me interested most of the time. I also like the length of the show and the number of packages shown this time, and the way it ended with a music video.
Overall great show in my opinion, one of my favorites so far.

Good: I LOVE how Eliana did a segment starting with her parents. I enjoyed the movie commercial quite a bit, and grad bash seems like something that would be fun to go to (if I were not a freshman…). The play with Mr. Lankford seems somewhat entertaining to go to. The music video at the end was very entertaining.
Bad: It seemed as if a little portion of Eliana’s voice could be heard where it should not have been immediately before her dad spoke. The first commercial fell a bit flat…
Overall, a very good production by the STN team.

Over all the show was amazing , abut some of the commercial’s didn’t have much sense to them ; I think the yearbook music video would have been better in the commercial break but i really loved the music video that really caught my attention but everything else was great ((:

Great music video! Every week it seems like the shows get better and better. I wasn’t too impressed by the blackout trailer tho. Commercials were interesting and loved the relationship story.

I like the great attitude that people brought.On the “Blackout” I loved the sounds and the video even thou I didn’t understand nothing at all.I thought the relationships were nice to put in there and so was the gas prices.I enjoyed looking at Gymnastics I thought it was pretty cool and the yearbook video is stuck in my head.Overall I thought it was great I just wish more funny stuff(like shoutouts) were put in it.
