Knightly News, something that is defined by the student that attend Vanguard. Starting with the anchors all the way down to the commercials it’s all a part of Vanguard. Knightly News is something everyone that attends Vanguard can recognize. Over the years Knightly News has evolved from a show that aired live daily to airing once a week on Friday and because of that reason it has become more polished and more enjoyable. Students look forward to watching the show on Fridays to view all the new content that it has to offer. Knightly News is an important part of…

Friday mornings are an exciting time at VHS. Not only is everyone chattering with enthusiasm about their upcoming weekend plans, there is an era of anticipation in each classroom as the students sit and wait for the anchors of Knightly News to appear on screen with a jubilant welcome. This weekly news show, produced for the students and by the students, has most definitely become a part of the identity of Vanguard High School. This show is not only an opportunity for the Television Production students to display their hard work, but a chance for people’s stories to be shared….

I think that Knightly News has become a part of the VHS identity. On every Friday, Knightly News is the Vanguard High School Experience. Although Knightly News is mainly acknowledged by TV Production students, Knightly News has made an impact on many of our “Vanguardian’s” lives. Knightly News has become an important weekly part of the Vanguardian lifestyle. Knightly News has become the highlight of a Vanguardian’s day on every Friday. Knightly News has helped to make a name for Vanguard High School in the public eye. Knightly News gives Vanguardians updates on what’s going on in school. Knightly News…

When looking at Vanguard as a whole, many civilians overlook Knightly News and recognize the academic qualities of the school. Within the halls of Vanguard, the students see things differently. When Friday rolls around, the students chant and rant about turning on Knightly News with,”Where’s Knightly News?!” From a student’s point of view, the airing of Knightly News is apart of their schedule here at Vanguard High School. Mentioning the name of Knightly News a Vanguard High School television production to any individual might spike some interest or familiarity. In the students and faculties’ eyes, Knightly News has definitely joined…

Knightly News has become a big thing for Vanguard High School on Friday mornings. Students are eager to watch the news after a hard worked week. The problem is that most people don’t even acknowledge Knightly News existence any other time during the week. Knightly News is not the first thing someone may think of if Vanguard is mentioned in a conversation. TV Production still has a lot of work to accomplish if Knightly News is to get known around the school as a popular topic of conversation. Knightly News has not become apart of Vanguard’s identity. The IB Program…

Knightly News has been broadcasted weekly for years now, and continues to get better by every episode. Every week, all of the students are tuned in to the Knightly news episodes played in the morning. Also it is something that is looked forward to by hundreds of students around the school. Once every week, usually Friday mornings, Knightly News is broadcasted all throughout the school to those who want to watch it. The Knightly News crew has become a group of faces everyone can recognize around school, and everyone looks forward to seeing them and the show; with the commercials…

In my opinion, Knightly News hasn’t become a part of Vanguard’s identity yet. It’s mostly remembered by TV Production students, and on Fridays when the show usually airs. If you ask current students that attend Vanguard, of one thing to describe Vanguard, they’ll say IB. As well as people from other schools. Students that attend Forest and other schools such as West Port don’t even know that we have a weekly news broadcast. Knightly News has gone to many competitions. It’s won multiple 1st place titles at the STN Convention. It’s won for their content produced under the Sweet 16…

Knightly news is a big part of Vanguard High School. A lot of students look forward to knightly news every friday. They also look forward to all the packages, funny commercials, and PSAs. Knightly news has become a prestigious show, it has won many awards and accolades. Every student in my class are always asking the teacher “Is knightly news on today” or they wait for the announcers to say “Please turn your TV on for Knightly news”. Knightly news has definitely become a huge part of VHS. Mr. Rice has made a huge difference in the show since the…

“You’re watching…Knightly News.” Whether you’ve been a knight for one year or four years, when those four words are spoken, you turn your attention to the television to watch this week’s edition of Knightly News. Seeing our progress from inside the TV program, it’s obvious that we have made huge strides from where we were the beginning of my freshman year, to where we are now. Knightly News, the student-produced morning show that airs every Friday morning is very much part of the Vanguard identity. When Knightly News was first introduced (as a variation of the previous show “Knight Life”)…

Every Friday in class, the main question that buzzes around the classroom in the morning is always, “Is there going to be Knightly News this morning?!”. Knightly News has definitely become a part of the VHS identity. Students seem to look forward to watching it every week and enjoy seeing the talent that is within Vanguard. Some students may enjoy watching it because it takes away from class time, but a lot of students really seem to appreciate the hard work that the team puts into the show. Whether the students look forward to seeing the informational packages and the…
